About the project

The starting point for the new website was to deliver a mobile first website that works intuitively, is easy to navigate, is user-friendly and contains a lot of experience and enthusiastic content. 

The phases we went through together with specialized agencies were customer research, data analysis, persuasion tactics, UX design, visual design and front- & backend development. As product owner, I led the project from A to Z and made important decisions.


After delivery, the new website appears to be very well appreciated. Visitors find it very clear, user-friendly and inviting. Furthermore, the conversion on mobile has increased by 102.8%.
